The Front Desk System · $497 a month

Stop losing jobs to a phone that rings while you're on a ladder.

The Front Desk System texts back every missed call within 60 seconds, gets a real person on the phone with the lead in minutes, answers your Facebook and Instagram messages fast, and asks for the review after every job. No robot ever answers your phone. Installed on the number you already have, in 48 hours. $497 a month, month to month.

Seriously, call it and hang up. The text you get back is what your customers would get from you.

Twelve years in Port Orange attics before I built any of this. The phone would ring with a live panel apart twenty feet up, and we'd let it go. That homeowner had booked the next name on Google by dinner. This is the system I wish we'd had.— Jacken. Same system behind Mark Sias's notary business and Stevenson Electric.

What you get

Five things, one system, one price.

You will never hear me say “CRM” or “workflow” on a call, and no robot voice will ever pick up your line. Here is what actually happens.

Missed-call text-back

Every call you can't pick up gets a text from you within 60 seconds, in your words, and it asks one yes-or-no question so the lead can answer with a thumb. It doesn't fire the instant you decline the call either — it waits 30 to 60 seconds, the way a person who just put a tool down would. It doesn't read like a robot, it reads like you.

A real person on the phone in minutes

The text-back asks the one question that matters and you get a one-tap alert to call back. Can't call within five minutes? The lead gets your booking link by text and the conversation keeps going until a person picks it up. After hours, an assistant texts back, says when you'll call, and books it. No robot voice, ever.

Fast replies on Facebook, Instagram, and web chat

Every message lands in one inbox. The first reply goes out in under 60 seconds, and a person answers within 15 minutes during business hours, which is the bar Meta sets for its "very responsive" badge.

Review engine

A review request goes out after every job, plus a QR card for the truck. Two new reviews a month, forever, beats thirty in one month and then nothing.

Monthly reactivation text

One text a month to your past customers with a seasonal offer. This is the piece that books jobs in week two, before the system has had time to catch a single missed call.

Included every month

The Missed Call Money Report: one page a month showing calls caught, texts sent, messages answered, jobs booked, and what that was worth. It comes with the job log behind it — every call and text with a timestamp — so when a customer asks how long something took or when you called, you have the record. You will always know whether this is paying for itself.

Your first two weeks

From a 15-minute call to the first booked job.

0115 min

The call

We pick the wording of your text-back, your callback rules, and your calendar. You tell me what a good job looks like and what to turn away.

0248 hours

The install

Text-back, lead follow-up, and your Facebook and Instagram inboxes go live on the number and pages you already have. You approve every message before it goes out.

03Week two

The first booked job

Your past customers get one text with a seasonal offer. For most businesses, this is where the first job of the month comes from.

Do the math first

What is a missed call costing you?

Use your own numbers. Most owners guess low. If the answer is less than the monthly price, you don't need this yet, and I'll tell you so on the call.

Real clients

Built for people who would rather be on the job.

Jacken sat down at my kitchen table and built me an AI assistant in one afternoon. Now I text it instructions and it handles scheduling, answers client questions, drafts my responses. It saves me at least 2 hours every single day.

About 2 hours saved daily

We didn't have a website or any kind of system for following up with leads. Market Minds built us a professional site and now we're getting calls from Google we never would have gotten before.

The price

$497a month

Month to month. Cancel by text. Trade shops around Volusia and Flagler are posting front-desk and dispatch jobs at $18 to $27 an hour right now — $37,000 to $56,000 a year for 40 of the 168 hours a week your phone rings. This covers the other 128 too.

  • Install included for the first 8 founding clients
  • Live on your existing number in 48 hours
  • Missed Call Money Report every month, with the timestamped job log
  • You keep every login. It runs on your number. Cancel by text.
  • One-page website or Google Business Profile tune-up at onboarding, founding clients only

One booked job in 30 days, or month one is free.

The only condition is that you hand me your past-customer list for the reactivation text. That is the piece that makes this guarantee safe for both of us.

Not included, on purpose

  • A robot voice answering your phone
  • Full SEO campaigns
  • Custom website builds
  • Custom automations beyond the system
  • Social media management

The rest are separate quotes. Keeping this to one system at one price is how it stays affordable and how I keep it running well for every client.

Questions

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Text-back runs on the number you already have, and your Facebook and Instagram pages stay yours. Nothing about how customers reach you changes, except that they hear back.

Is any of this a robot?

The first text after a missed call is automatic, in your words, so it goes out in 60 seconds while you're on a job. Every reply after that during business hours comes from a person. After hours, an assistant texts back, says when a person will call, and books the callback. Nothing here answers your phone with a synthetic voice.

Why don't you use AI to answer the phone?

Because the data says customers don't want it. Gartner's 2024 survey of 5,728 customers found 64% would rather companies didn't use AI for customer service. Housecall Pro's 2025 survey of 1,040 homeowners found only about half are comfortable with AI handling the first contact. What 97% of those homeowners agreed on is that response time decides who they hire. So this system is built for speed with a person in the loop. If you want AI voice anyway, I can add it as a disclosed after-hours option, but I won't lead with it.

Who owns the logins?

You do. Every account is created in your name with your email, the phone number stays yours, and your Facebook and Instagram pages stay yours. If you cancel, you keep the logins, the contact list, the message history, and the reviews. Cancel by text, no phone call, no exit interview. I have read the threads about agencies holding accounts hostage; that is not how this runs.

Does the text fire the second I miss the call?

No, and on purpose. It waits 30 to 60 seconds, the way a person who just set a tool down would, and the first message asks one yes-or-no question instead of a paragraph. Firing instantly reads like a robot and gets ignored; the short delay plus one simple question is the difference between a text people ignore and a conversation that books a job.

How fast is it live?

Text-back and lead follow-up within 48 hours of our call, often the same day. Facebook and Instagram inboxes connect the same day. The reactivation text goes out once your number is registered for business texting, usually within a week.

What does it cost?

$497 a month, month to month, cancel anytime. Install is included for the first 8 founding clients. After that there is a one-time install fee we go over on the call.

What is the guarantee?

If the system doesn't book at least one job in your first 30 days, month one is free. One condition: you give me your past-customer list for the reactivation text, because that is the piece that makes the guarantee safe for both of us.

What if I already have someone answering the phone?

Then this covers the calls they miss, nights, weekends, and every message on Facebook and Instagram. Text-back still fires on every missed call, the review requests and follow-up run regardless of who answers, and your person gets the same one-tap callback alert you do.

Is texting my customers legal?

Yes, with the right setup. Your number gets registered for business texting, every message carries opt-out language, and reactivation texts only go to people who have already done business with you. I handle the registration.

What is not included?

A robot voice on your phone, full SEO campaigns, custom website builds, custom automations beyond the system, and social media management. Those are separate quotes. This is one system at one price, so you always know what you are paying for.

Twelve years working alongside a master electrician before I built software. I am the person who installs your system, the person who answers when something breaks, and the number you text. No account managers, no ticket queue.

Fifteen minutes. Your numbers, not a pitch.

I run your missed-call math first. If the system won't pay for itself, I will tell you, and you keep the numbers.

No contracts. 8 founding spots with install included, then a one-time install fee.
