1. Who we are

Market Minds Global LLC is based in Port Orange, Florida, USA. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us using the details in the Contact section below.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form to request a free review snapshot, a free website preview, or to book a call, we collect the details you provide — typically your first name, email address, business name, city or service area, and (optionally) your phone number and a description of your services.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).

Information from public sources. To build your free report or preview, we use publicly available business information — for example, your Google Business Profile listing, your public reviews, and similar data about local competitors. We gather this from public sources; we do not ask for, and do not need, any of your account logins or passwords.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Build and deliver the free report, website preview, or other resource you requested;
• Respond to your questions and schedule or confirm calls and appointments;
• Send you related follow-up messages by email and, where you've opted in, by text message (see Email & SMS communications);
• Provide, maintain, and improve our website, services, and offers;
• Measure how our ads and pages perform so we can make them more relevant;
• Keep our services secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email delivery (Mailgun), text-message delivery (Twilio), website hosting (Vercel), and advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta and Google). These providers process information only on our behalf and under contract.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Market Minds Global, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

As noted in Section 4, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How we use AI

We build and operate AI tools (such as AI receptionists, texting assistants, and report generators) for ourselves and our clients. Where AI is used to communicate with you, it will not pretend to be a human if you ask, and it follows the same privacy commitments described here. We do not use the contents of your private communications to train public, general-purpose AI models.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for, run our business, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, opt out of marketing, or opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (note: we do not sell your information). To make a request, email jacken@marketmindsglobal.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your data and limit who can access it.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to other websites or booking tools we don't control. This policy doesn't cover those services — please review their own privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
